Whole House Rental
Whether you are looking for a vacation rental for your group to explore Anacortes and the San Juan Islands, a beautiful location for a family reunion, destination wedding or vow renewal, a relaxing location for an offsite meeting, or a private home for an event or themed retreat, our picturesque 1925 inn is available as a whole-house-only rental. *
Guestrooms can accommodate up to 22 total guests. The grounds can hold up to 75-85 people, and there is ample public parking on the roads adjacent to the inn. Let the Nantucket Inn ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
Whole-house rental is requiring a four-night minimum*. Our site fee also includes:
- Private use of the Inn which includes all 8 bedrooms (sleeps up to 22 adults max)
- 8 bedrooms (each room has a private attached bath, plus two half-baths on main floor)
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need.
- Towels, sheets, and all other bath amenities
- Fire pit, patio furniture.
- BBQ
- Check-in is at 4pm.
- Check-out is at 10am.
A $500 security/damage deposit is required to hold your date (this fee will be returned to you within 14 days after the rental, provided there is no damage or additional costs). There is a $400. cleaning fee.
First payment is due 90 days prior to rental date. The remaining balance is due one month before your rental.
*Music must be terminated by 9:00 p.m. each night of your rental.
Please note we are 100% smoke-free property. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises.
